Our services (Web Designing, Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing) are tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Since these are digital services, not physical products, our refund and return policy differs from traditional e-commerce.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Web Designing & Development Services
- Advance payments / deposits made for web design and development projects are non-refundable, as they cover initial consultation, research, and resource allocation.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any payments already made are non-refundable.
- In the event that we fail to deliver the agreed project scope (without client-side delays), we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.
- Once the final design is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- SEO and marketing services involve time, strategy, and third-party costs (ads, tools, etc.), hence payments are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results, as SEO depends on search engine algorithms beyond our control.
- If services are cancelled mid-term, you will not be eligible for a refund of the remaining duration.
Returns / Revisions
– Instead of refunds, we may offer reasonable revisions or corrections if you are dissatisfied with our work (within the scope of the chosen package).
Additional changes or new requests beyond the original scope will be billed separately
Payment Disputes
– Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.
– We will work with you to resolve disputes, but chargebacks raised through your bank/credit card without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
